To achieve my long-term goal of working in a customer service career. These aspirations are supported by five years of customer service experience, strong work ethics and my educational background consisting of both an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Applied science with a concentration in Business Management.

Excellent communication, comprehension, leadership and innovative skills
A principal interest and strong working knowledge of business management
Strong technical writing, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills
