The job was cold calling telemarketing (not my kind of work). I also got hired by Teletech. I have been in training with them for the last week and a half. Very, hard training for this particular job! Very good company to work with, long process to get hired by tho.I did manage to clear their strict credit check. Surprise by me lol. Pay is ok, not the best, but it is better than WestAtHome. I will still be working for West part-time until the full time kicks in with Teletech. I would definately recommend Teletech to anyone!
So, how are things going for you? You got into Live-ops? Good for you,..How is that going?

I did pass the drug test and the offer is very real. there are many tests to take inside. around 3 hours worth that is unpaid but it is all about trying to get certified to take the calls. It is worth it when you get there and you must constantly watch to get the commited times to work.

The number of invitations they send out to potential contractors must be massive and so they can not possibly handle the admin of checking each report. This means your future lies in the hands of First Advantage. I posted something earlier on my learnings but it appears you are at about the same stage I am. I'll watch to see how things go for you. About 30 minutes ago, they sent me an email stating that they would like me to continue with the next stage of the interview process. They will either call me or I can contact them. This is very exciting news. Have you heard anything back from them yet? If you haven't, hang in there. I'm sure they will contact you. I had my interview with TeleTech Tues., she said she would let me know by Fri if they have decided to hire me. Good luck to you, I hope you hear back from them, $12.00 an hour is very good pay!
