(and i mean that literally) Weather, maps, directions, sports, many sexual themes, etc. U can choose what type of questions u get in the subject matter area. U start off getting 10cents per answer but when you make 200 answers and 95% quality score they bump u up to 20cents per answer. IF you do that and take anwhere from 40-60 answers in an hour, u can make $8-12/hr. As with any job, u need to study the information and always go back and read some stuff if u are unsure. there are forums where u can ask questions, just like here and liveops. hope that helps a lil.

They have a few items to sell that have what seems to be a hundred upsells and the customers tend to get upset..but I did what was required; you never know when they're listening. When I was doing it I think the hardest part was picking up hours because the schedule rolls out at a certain time and the agents who have been there longest received it first, then we got what they didn't want. So, you find yourself in front of the computer alot trying to pick up hours. Like I said, it was like that when I was working for them which was a few years ago. If you're working West, the pay is about the same. $.10, $.12 per minute talk time. One thing I did like is that as soon as you get off of a call, you are able to see your talk time. Go for it and see how you like it. Anymore questions, I'm here. :-)
