(And yes, DR has some really great incentives aas well as the .25 per min and bonus cents per minute during peak times (.03 - .05 extra per min).

I only do live ops part time as well. i have a full time time job during the day, 2 demanding kids who are 2 1/2 and 1 and than i do school online as well. I am currently working now with LO, I think it is so cool being able to work from home, except I'm gonna have to remember that it is very easy to forget to look and feel good when you get to work in sweats.....lol
anyhow, I have applied twice now for the CS position so I too can also have the flexibility, I haven't heard anything yet. I have found that the thing I DO NOT like the most about DR is the upsells....WAY TO PUSHY! I do not like to push sales on people....but for now I'm been blessed with this job and I won't complain :)
