Freaking rollout today and not one slot. Bah!
This is God testing me now, isn't it?
And Lucina, if that's true, I'm the Luckiest Boy in the World. I got into ChaCha right before they closed and got into LiveOps just in time, apparently.
You cannot do Outbound without committing....I've verified this with my AF. I was able to snatch a 30 minute block on Saturday morning, but no calls came through. At this point, I've decided to chin up and wait it out, focusing on ChaCha for extra...
Well, so far it's a wash for me. Aegon schedule has no green whatsoever. Hoping this wasn't a huge waste of time and money.
Adetutu...I mailed my paperwork last Monday and got my login info yesterday...so Monday to Monday.
I did all the Basic Cert modules last night and now have access to the Call Center and the product cert. If I have a chance, I'll work on that stuff...
Well, I'm in! Just got the "all paperwork is signed, here's your UserID".
So soon I shall be rich! Diving into the swimming pool of money!
Errr...well, anyway...at least paying off some bills.
I see some issues people are having with volume. Is that a problem with Outbound?
Response time can vary. Took them a few days to get to me, I tested on a Wednesday night and got notice on Friday. I've heard other people who have waited 2+ weeks.
It took a little more than a week for the email response with the packet to start the background check. Right now, it looks primarily like Outbound agents are being hired.
Well, it looks I passed the credit/background check. Now it's just a matter of Liveops processing my paperwork (which I sent yesterday) and I can start.
Whew!

- Well, I just got the acceptance email from LiveOps. I've also earned almost $50 the past week ChaCha guiding. (hey, that will cover my background check!)
So it looks like things are moving forward for me.
