hey do u have to take your calls with a phone and the proper headset or can u still take your 30 calls with a regular house phone ? and also how much u paid for your phone and headset.?

Well thanks a lot for your comments! I appreciate it! And my husband did a call center for a while some years ago and so he can truly understand and he's been giving me pointers. He said at least I don't have someone standing over my shoulder like he used to! Maybe I'll see you on later....

Yes thanks Marlena I did figure it out the other day. I haven't finished my calls yet - I've only been doing about 6-8 each day so hopefully tonight I can get on and by the weekend get it done. How's it going with you so far? It is so nerve racking and I'm having a hard time getting through the upsells because I know the people don't want it. I honestly feel it's better customer service to let it go when they seem aggravated having to keep say no I only want what I called for. But they don't care and want us to do it so we'll see how I do! Also, I was told that if someone calls us about an order they just placed in the last day or two we're just supposed to say we can't help them. That doesn't seem like very good customer service - seems there should be a number we should give them. It's going to be a fight with myself on what I believe and what they believe!

I guess since I finish all of the modules but I guess I am not sure how I move to step three but did u put a phone number in and that's how it worked for you? Hope I am not confusing u.
