Hi Melissa. I read one your comments about needing to know how to get started and thought I'd tell you how I did because it was incredibly easy. I applied online for West (there are no fees, even for your background check and you become an actual West employee not a subcontractor) I took an online assessment and when I got my new hire email faxed them in some paperwork I had to sign (just notoraized copy of my I9 and my ss card and driver's license) then within another day I got an email to begin training (which is also online and you're paid for). I love my job! It is a bit hard to find full time hours though so am trying to fill in the gaps with another company. Alpine Access is also a legitimate company and I have interviewed with them and keep in touch with one of their recruiters but they're not hiring this week. They do charge a $45 fee for a background & credit check and for a drug test but that's only if you're offered a job and I think it's reasonable for all three test to be done. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
