You have to make sure you use Mozilla Firefox to download the ChaCha toolbar, it's different than Explorer. It's been a while since I did so give me a minute to check into it and I'll see what I can find out for you. Your handle is a name that you choose to display as a ChaCha guide. Some people make up one , I just used my first name.

- Hi! How does the process with West work? I applied with them several weeks back but i havent heard anything as of yet. However, I am a new agent to Live Ops. Once applied, I heard from them in a couple days, sent in my money and it was rather quick. I am anxiously awaitiing to complete certification so I can make some moola.....
