Michelle Hi and so nice to meet you thank you for responding to a discusion regarding west
i started Lo about a month and a half ago in dr and was so excited hearing how many people say they make good money after training i got my 30 test calls and call volume was great then after i make commits and just set there with no calls comming in it has felt like a big waste of time for me working 2 hrs and getting 1 call maybe none i am kind of down and thinking about giving L o up do you have any suggestions on when is the best time to take calls or how to get calls with them? how is lo for you ? any suggestions? Thank you so much for your time . Kim

hey girl, haven't talked to you in a while. I am on tonight, just because I haven't been able to take calls for a few weeks, and don't won't to lose LO. I start taking calls for convergys on tuesday, last day of training is monday. HOpe you are doing well. 57529 just in case you lost it.

Finally got all paperwork completed and got hired, I am taking on the skill of whirlpool, but I am not real sure how to hook my phone up and to start taking calls can you help with this??? I have started my training, but have not had to use the phone yet...plz help..I am nervous...

Michelle do you still work for WESTAT? I am a little unclear of how to submit my time sheet. I went through the instructions on the page that was in the training and the last thing that it says is to sign it and save it. Shouldn't I have to submit it to someone and if so how do I do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Michelle, I saw where you are EDS with LO and are training for Guthy Rinker. I expressed interest in that and DR and haven't heard anything. What did you do to get on? Did you start out in DR or EDS? I started in EDS and can't seem to get out LOL. Thanks-hope its okay that I wrote you here instead of general... :)
