Hey there,
Well I decided that Dexcomm was not going to be for me. I just didn't want to have to invest in all their equipment and spend money when I already have everything I need. Are you still working with WAH? How are they to work for? I am getting me some call center experience with Sitel's call center here and hope that in about 6 months I'll be able to branch over to WAH. If you hear that they are hiring let me know so I can jump on it. Thanks and keep in touch

Haven't heard from you lately. Hope everything is going ok with you. Did you ever hear back from Dexcomm? I never did so I guess they blew me off - oh well! I have my final interview with Baby2B tomorrow morning and look forward to getting started with them. I think it is going to be alot of fun - or else that's how I am looking at it. I have applied at at least 4 of the companies on the Resources page. I hit most of the customer service or call center sites. I got an email from one saying they have tried to contact me, which I never heard either phones ring, and they left me a number to call and speed up the process, and it went straight to voicemail. So, who knows. I am just gonna hit as many as I can until I'm cross-eyed and can't see :-)

The Cloud 10 experience was not a pleasant one. I felt like they bit off more than they could chew with the DTV contract. I feel like they didn't hire enough trainers/help desk/tech support to handle to need. The software was constantly being updated, and they never seemed to get it right. I began to believe that it was just me, and I was not as computer savvy as I thought. Hopefully, future possible opps will be more organized and go smoothly. The resources on workspace have given me more confidence about getting a reliable wah job.

Hey there,

Well I submitted my typing test to Dexcomm and am waiting to hear back from them. Do you know what they require - I had 56wpm 100% wasn't sure if that would cut it or not. I'm hoping so because this job at Wal-Mart is about to kill me - I never knew feet could hurt this bad!

I have not had a chance to get there yet. I am headed to their website shortly and should have a better idea. I think I heard that they do not support vista yet.
