They have gone totally nuts and I am spending 5 hrs a week not getting paid on meetings and practice sessions. They have turned into strictly telemarketing sales - It's only about the sales of the B2B club and they expect you to rebuttal 3 times on that club and then 3 times on Ileads. It's crazy. I was hoping to hear from West but as of yet all I am getting are emails saying that when they start hiring they will let me know.

I start back to Lamar Beaumont on Aug. 24 and I am going to try to hang in there with B2B till then. I will be changing to nights next week and I will see how it goes working B2B during the day. They are now requiring us to attend team meetings - set goals - attend practice sessions - training and brush-up calls and of course they a not paying you for all that time you are spending on this junk. Hopefully it will be easier for me to get in the hours they are wanting during the daytime. I don't know if I will continue to work for the

I am really getting tired of B2B - they are now requiring that we go to team meetings every week, and really pushing sales of the clubs. I don't know how much longer I can last since they are pushing so hard for us to become sales persons. Not what I really signed up for and now they want me to work at least 15 hours a week. I have trouble on some weeks getting in 10 hours! Hope all is going ok for you at West and the kids are healthy now. How's the ankle now?

B2b was nice up to the hour change b/c like you said with kids stuff happens and you can't always make it. Wish I could find something like b2b but with out the hour requirements.

They are saying that we will have a job until August 29 and they are trying to get in another client but you never know. I am pretty upset right now and having trouble gearing up for B2B. I wish it was more like they knew that we had things for them to buy and they were interested. Sometimes I feel like we are coming at them from left field and they aren't ready for it. I am going to hang in there until I see what all the changes are about and then make a decision. I am moving forward with teltech and going to try and get on with West. I have had my application in for quite a while I guess I need to get in there and update it I would love to get on with West. Any pointers on getting hired with them?
