They have changed a lot of things in recent months, including decresasing our pay meanwhile raising course costs by 3x, used to be only $50, now you have to fork out $200 for training. There's constant tech issues which impedes on your earning, and even though they have tech support, you have to wait almost an hour to speak to one. So they cut back a lot from agents while they're trying to get as much money out of us as they can. ACP101, used to be free. now it's $100, it's absurd. However, it's only $20 for background check, no credit check, and everything is electronic so no mailing in paperwork to register with them.There's many other issues with them, more frustration than anything. I was accepted for LiveOps months ago but was late in submitting my paper work so they told me to reapply. Wondering what kinda of clients LiveOps has, their course costs, other costs and pay like.
