I am going back over all of the information again and keeping notes of the important things. I was caught off guard several times. I am hoping today goes better. I have been studying all of the faqs, I believe this will help me tremendously. Let me know when you start I got the Plantronics S12 headset and love it it works very well at eliminating background noises. :) keep me posted on your progress.

Not real sure what I am supposed to do next. I cant wait to start and am not sure when I will hear anything. I did my drug test today and the email from Liveops was just a copy of the report from fadv, so it didnt really have a response as to whats next. I am excited to start. I heard Boom is a good headset but do not know what to use yet. I would love to know if Liveops recommends a certain one. That would really help. Keep me updated as you get your results.

I just got a cheap one at first, I would recommend a noise cancelling or BOOM head set. If you are on with LO's they have a company that offers discounts to agents. There is a phone/ headset combo that I want, just can't afford it quite yet.
