That roughly translates to about $15+ an hour. but.. if you are sitting at your phone for 1 full hour, logged in, and only took 2 phone calls totaling 10 minutes then your pay for that hour will be $2.50. That is the norm when you are in training. Your training will be a period of time til you have taken 22 (i believe it is) phone calls. then you will be out of training. While in training you will just log on whenever you want and sit and wait for the phone to ring til you get your 22 calls. (you do get paid for those calls) After training you are finished training you will then be able to click on half hour time block that are available (in green) on the sched. You will only be able to see 4 days of the schedule (I think 4) at a time til you complete (and don't quote me on this) about 1000 calls. Then you can see the whole schedule. The schedule is all blocked off in 1/2 hour blocks of time mon-Sun. You find green blocks and click on them fast to get them put on your sched. You can log on even if you did not sign up for a time block. But if you are signed up you are more likely to get lots of calls that block. if you are logged in and not signed up you are still able to get get calls the priority of the calls goes to the ones signed up. You would get the overflow. It is best to sign up for blocks (if you can grab them fast enough) The blocks all turn green when the sched comes out and that is Thur and Fri. at certain times of the days. Those time slots are also the ones the company most wants you to log in as no one ever does because they all want to wait by the sched. to grab time blocks.

Anyway, hope that helps. It is fun and like I said, you can make your own sched. If you signed up for the block of 3:10-3:40 and can't work it you click on it to see if someone else takes it and if someone does it will turn yellow. Then you know you no longer are signed up to work it. but remember if no one takes it and you are still signed up you have to work it. You make your own sched literally. That is one thing I absolutely LOVE about LO!!

I know that last year when I applied I applied in the End of August and they notified me in the beginning of October that they needed me to fill out all the forms and I was hired. They will probably wait til close to the Holiday season. Just remember that you must log in at least one time in 42 days or your contract will be discontinued. Mine was. I had laryngitis for 2 months and was not able to log in and talk to customers. My contract was discontinued. they make no exceptions. Probably because there are so many that want a job with them that they give others a chance. I reapplied yesterday for LO. I do love working there. I hope to hear soon. I wish i had not gotten so sick before. Bummer. :)
