It is taking a bit for your information to come up." I get that excuse alot when I'm on the phone w/support or about a product or I'm trying to cancel a subscription or something. I fall for it, so I may be using that excuse alot while I'm training, LOL! My backround check is 'in process' right now so hopefully w/in the next day or so I will get an answer. I've seen where several ppl are passing both parts of the BR check but LO's is not contacting them right away. I hope that is not the case. I needed to get started on this yesterday! ugh! Great to hear from you. Maybe I'll be able to be in there with y'all soon :)
