About me

I have held several clerical/administrative positions, allowing me to have an extended knowledge a working office environment and have been bonded to handle money and stocks and bonds. My experience includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll, general ledger, obtain information for bid and quotes, maintain project scheduling and pricing catalogs, create forms, newsletters and brochures, customer service, scheduling of employees, month end closings, purchase of office machines and supplies, maintaining inventories, assist with warehouse purchasing and miscellaneous material, managing apartment buildings and dispatching and scheduling trucks, planning, contributing and typing newsletters, creating maintaining and reporting departmental report summaries in staff meetings. I have also attended ADP’s Payroll classes, H & R Block and Hewitt Jackson’s Tax Courses. I have Customer Service experience in the Call Center for 3 years and 1 year as floor supervisor, supervising 20 other Customer Service Representatives. I have also taken Certified Nurse’s Aide courses in 1977 and 1978 at Boise State University. I have recently started a home study course on Medical Transcription.
