- Hey Sheila. My name's Rebecca and I just noticed that you had some questions/concerns about Citi. I just finished my training today so I thought I might be able to help you out.
Don't worry too much about the webinars. They send you an email every few days with dates and times for all three webinars (I'm finished with all of them except the sales one and I'm still getting emails asking me to join webinars 1,2, and 3.) and usually you can find one that fits you scedule. And you get paid three hours just to listen to some talk (lol).
You have to call a PAL to get into Sawgrass. They'll give you a username and password to use. And ask for 3 account numbers to practice with b/c sometimes they will forget to give you that and then you have to call back.
Also- When you are done with service training you will then have to do Sales training and a sales webinar. The sales training isnt as long as the service training. I finished it in a day. The only hard part is the test at the end. It's a 51 question test and it covers everything (service and sales) and I think you can only miss 6 questions, but you get 3 attempts. After that you just wait for Citi to give you a login name and password for their site and you are ready to work! I hope this helped. And if you have any more questions feel free to ask me.
