Which is great. There is 5 lines for outbound. So you have a good opportunity to get time. If DR isn't busy then were not busy. As far as the affinities you have the decision on offering them. If you feel you will loose the sale then you can skip. But try to offer them cause it just adds to your money.

you can call 1-800-820-0827 but I have heard it is a bit hard to reach an actual person on the phone. I do believe you can leave a message and they will email you back. If you have your login info it might be just as easy to login and take some queries. It should say on your dashboard what your position is and when you start taking queries you should be able to tell by what queries come in and how much you get paid. GEs & SPs get paid from $.10-$.22 per query, Exs get paid $.03 per query, and VTs get paid $.04 per query. Hope this helps! (:
