IF you get an offer from them they will include a link for the credit check. In that link it states you will "not pass" the credit check if you have over $10,000 in bad debt and/or 3 or more collections against you. Bankruptcy will not pass either.
FYI: You should never list the name of the project you are working on. Its stated in your contract. But ive heard you can block letters out like...C*t*B*n*.
Did anyone ever bother to tell West that their test did not match the training material? Ask for a supervisor? Or ask that they have someone call you back, so that you can discuss the training material? If there is a problem, then they should work...

The only other thing you can do is provide a copy of your check to show verification. But since you just started and not actually takign calls you wouldnt have that yet.
If a skill becomes available (job openings) then they will offer it to everyone and you have the opportunity at that time to apply for it. If you are accepted, then they will send you info on how to train for that skill.
