Do you stil work for ACD Direct! I am doing the Day 1 Cert on Tuesday!

How do you like it, I like the idea of taking calls for charity drives. I hope this works out as I have put some money and a few hours of time and still have not trained!

I actually decided to go with ACD because there are no fees but the $30 background check and training is only 2 days.
