Did anyone ever bother to tell West that their test did not match the training material? Ask for a supervisor? Or ask that they have someone call you back, so that you can discuss the training material? If there is a problem, then they should work...

One thing that I did was I made sure that I was using Internet Explorer not Firefox. I also made pop up blocker was completely disabled. I have one with IE and then one with the security software that I have. To make sure you added Convergys to your "Trusted Site", make sure you see the green check mark at the bottom right corner of IE. Let me know if you need more help. Anyone!
