Sorry for not getting back, have you started with West? what line did you happen to get. I think the one I am on, WPR, is going to end soon and I am really struggling to get hours, since we never know when they are posted. Sometimes in the mornings, sometimes late in the evenings. I ended up with 5.5 hours this week. Hope all is well

W is great so far and since just launching a new client they are swamped and hours are now bountiful and they have added incentives so pay has increased 50% to take on additional hours. I am going to take advantage of the incentive because I know as soon as the volume goes down so will our pay, back to reality as they say. I am impressed with their ablility to overcome obstacles with IT issues in a timely manner and seem to have a solid support system in place compared to OTHER (won't mention names) call center companies. I have not heard back yet from LO since I sent back my pack to them so that should be I would think in the next week or so. Anything to look forward to or prepare for? Hope all is well and let me know how LO is going and where you are with W.
