Hey Wendi,

You asked me about ACD direct..I have not started working with them yet. Have you applied at ACD? If you run into anyone that has worked for ACD, let me know. I would like to know more about them myself. :)

I use plantronics for all of my clients there great, and because you can choose your own hours that work best for you: its not hard juggling multiple clients. Hope this helps. :)

My guess is it would be in the same place that the $50 came up on the app. for the background check. Otherwise I have no idea. Sorry.

I applied and they asked for 13 dollars for a background check. After I was done with that they asked for 25 dollars to start training so I called them to ask if there were anymore fees and they said it depends on the company I work for and that it could be 100-400 dollars to do client training. I was so mad.
