Just wanted to touch base with you to see where you were with Teletech. I've done my paperwork and had an offer call which they tell you about the opportunity they have pending now. Once I told them the hours were what I wanted and I was interested, they e-mailed me paperwork for a drug test, and I had to give permission for a bckground check. Amber, who was my interviewer said I would here from them by mid Aug. If everything is ok, I should start training on Sept 28.

Hi Wondell,
TheTeletech interview was interesting. They had group interview and she spoke about the company, the hours and pay, and the incentive that they are having for new hires. After awhile she split everyone into groups to do independent questions and answers and most of the answers you had to type in chat. Once they decide to move you on in the inteview process, they send you a CD to test your system. Even though you might have passed the on-line system test. I've passed that, now I'm waiting on the next step, which I think is the paperwork.
