You start off in the leads department and get paid 2 dollars per lead and if the sales department make a sale on your lead you get another 20 dollars. I average about 5-6 leads an hour which was 12 $ an hour plus 20 dollars extra every once in a while. The job is very easy. It is also extremely flexible. But if you are looking for an hourly job I guess Teletech or West At Home. I could not work for either company because the hours were not flexible.
