Thanks for making me a friend. I'am happy that I do get a pay check with west at home, it's my only income right now. I hate all the upsells and reading all that stuff. I mean I have been with them little over a month and it seems like I do nothing right. I keep getting these "write ups" about something I didn't do right. Honestly one thing was I spelled the last name of a customer and didnot say it so I got a write up. People get so mad when I have to read all this stuff to try to sell them more than what they want. if a person says to me I want what I ordered and nothing more then heck I'm not wasting my time or breath reading all of that stuff. I'm not a sales person and I hate being pushy I'm not that way. So it's not the best place for me, but heck it's a job and thank God I have it. So many people are out of work like me and some in worst situations than me. I still have not heard from Live Ops and it might not be any different from west when it comes with the upsells and reading all the scripted stuff. The pay at west really stinks I make less than $7 an hour.

I was working with another company called Arise you can check them out also at www.arise.com and they have really high fees plus you have to pay to get certified with their different companies. I quit at that point because some were as high as $400.00 (selling Mac products)....

The money is better and the only rules are staying true to the script and keeping my commits (if I choose to work comitted). West at home is like working for a major corp with great expectations and little pay. This is just my take on it. I read where people all the time rave about it. It just does not flow well with my tastes.
