working in call center enviorment for the past 5 years looking for a good company that I can work from home for awhile I am just tired of the traditional call center atmosphere my job just decided they wanted to have shift bids every 2 weeks based on performance and C SAT which i pass them all but i dont want that kind of pressure so here i am any advice is much appreciated
