Just that lol. Your application is on hold until a project becomes available. Once one becomes available then they will email you. No biggie
It can take anywhere in that time frame. The next email you receive after a phone interview is, and an email inviting you to a project. Then you have to have another phone interview but it is more like telling them what hours you want to work. It ...

My background is totally clean, and according to the staff I talked to, there are no complaints nor concerns noted on my performance page.
