Welcome Message to the Charter Members

Dear Charter Member –



Thank you for all your help defining WorkSpace. Today LiveOps is rolling out a new version of http://workspace.liveops.com, the home business network. Please note that you will need to register again using your email address, just like you did when you initially registered for WorkSpace. This login will not be connected to your LiveOps agent number.



Based on your feedback, the WorkSpace team has changed the direction of WorkSpace slightly. You’ll notice a brand new look and feel! We have also dramatically changed the technology behind workspace, but unfortunately also means that that the pictures, posts, and blogs you’ve previously posted are not in the new system. You may remember from previous communications that was a possibility---however, your existing information is still available at workspace-classic.liveops.com.



The new and improved version of WorkSpace has private and public groups, forums, blogs, profiles, video and photo sharing, and private messaging. The site is nearly complete, but before it goes live, the WorkSpace team would love for you to give it a spin! Please try out some of the new features and then use either of the feedback mechanisms to send your thoughts – either clicking the Feedback link on the right side (http://workspace.liveops.com/main/index/feedback) or by using the Feedback and Suggestions forum! After you have joined, please connect with others that have joined the network, but much like the ‘classic’ WorkSpace – please do not invite anyone else for now. The WorkSpace team would like to wait until the site is live.



WorkSpace will become available on the public internet, so it is very important that you not discuss any specific customer questions or client information. Please keep those to the LiveOps forums, which will remain in the Virtual Call Center. Your personalized home page is also available on the public internet. Please use your discretion when posting personal information there.
