As Amazing As It May Be . . .

I am writing this Blog today in the hopes that I can help anyone who can grasp what I have wrote below and find a way to re-direct your efforts in Marketing and Branding yourself. This Blog is written to a specific type of Marketers who are on here Blasting away at people and not even trying to be helpful to anyone but themselves.

First I would like to start out by saying this: "I have requested on my profile that no-one Advertise on my comment page". But, low and behold each and everyday I have many, many people who do just that. And, many of those do not even request to be my friend first! Also, you send me and others personal messages Blasting the same stuff. This tells me that most people are not reading anyone's profile - not just my profile. It also tells me that you have not been taught how to Market and Brand yourself correctly. It shows a complete lack of Integrity, and it shows how Selfish you are! And, if those words don't fit who you truly are, then stop Blasting me and everyone else you are doing it to! Learn the correct way to Market and Brand yourself. Just STOP everything you are doing and get an Education on how to EFFECTIVELY Market and Brand yourself in Network Marketing!

AMAZING as your Company may be, Amazing as your Product may be, Amazing as your service may be, Amazing as your Compensation Plan may be, Amazing as your sponsor may be, none of those matters one bit. Yes, that is right they don't matter one bit! Why? Because people don't join companies, they don't join because your product can grow back fingers, and toes, etc. They don't join because you have a great compensation plan - heck they don't even understand it, and neither do you most likely! They don't join because your service can take care of all their problems, and they don't join because you have an AWSOME sponsor, most likely they don't even know who your sponsor is! Secondly, people do not like, care, or want to be Pitched, Sold, or Closed! If you have had any luck sponsoring and you have been doing it this way: Blasting, Pitching, Selling, and Closing, then I would bet your retention rate is at or very close to -0-! You can't sponsor as fast as they drop off. And you sit there and Struggle with your business, your Frustrated, and your not Successful and you can't figure out why! You also may think, that you can't afford the help you need to be Successful. Well I'm here to tell you, you can't afford NOT TO GET EDUCATED and the HELP you need to be SUCCESSFUL! Read that again!

Here is a little Education for now: What people like, care about and want. They like it when you take their interests into consideration, they care about whether or not you can help them, and they want you to prove to them that you are there to see them realize their success. People are NOT numbers, they are people who have other people who love them and care about them, and they are Mothers, Fathers, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Sisters, Brothers, etc, to people whom they also care about and love. They are people who have feelings! They are people who have dreams, goals, and burning desires. They are people who want To Own Their Own Life, and get out of the 8-5 rat race that is taking them to NO-WHERE LAND! They are hungry and eager to Succeed.

I want you to ask yourself one question: Would you Sponsor you? If your honest with yourself, the answer would be a big whopping "NO"! So please stop Blasting me and everyone else with you latest, geatest, most AMAZING opportunity/product/service, since sliced bread. Instead get Educated and Trained.
