The 5 Pillars For Your Success

What Are The Five Pillars? Why are the 5 Pillars VITAL for YOUR SUCCESS? Let me first explain by giving you a word picture...

Let's bake a SCRUMPTIOUS Apple Pie. To do this we need 5 key ingrediants:

1.) We need A Pie Pan;
2.) We need A Crust;
3.) We need Apples;
4.) We need Sugar and Spices; and
5.) We need an Oven.

Now, if we take just one ingrediant away what will happen to our Apple Pie? It won't turn out will it? It won't be an Apple Pie will it? And it won't taste good right?

The same holds true with a Network Marketing Company it too needs it's 5 main ingrediants for YOU to be SUCCESSFUL in Network Marketing. I call these "The 5 Pillars". Let's discover what they are:

Pillar # 1: INTEGRITY: This word Integrity entails a lot. The Founder(s), Ceo's, President, Vice President, CFO, Master Distributor, etc., all must have INTEGRITY. They must also have Network Marketing experience. Founders who come from Corporate America positions as Presidents, CEO's etc., know nothing about Network Marketing. Another aspect with INTEGRITY is the Policy & Procedures. This contract between you and the company must be a FIDICUIARY CONTRACT. That means it is fair to both sides and it does not favor one side over the other. Some P&P's have Clauses in them that are NOT FAIR TO YOU. Pillar #2: TIMING: The company should be a minimum of 2 years old. Pre-Launch companies, are NOT in YOUR BEST INTEREST! They may seem to be, but proven statistics have shown many new companies fold within the first year. See my Free E-Book for more information regarding this 2nd Pillar.

Pillar #3: COMPENSATION PLANS: There are many different Compensation Plans, the Aussie 2 Up, the Binary, The Matrix, The Stairstep Breakaway, and many others. The only FAIR COMPENSATION PLAN is one that does not promote cheating, or cohersing, one that does not take away from you a portion of you organization, and one that allows you to build as wide and as deep as you want and pays you for EVERY PERSON in your Organization. Pillar #4: Product or Service: There must be a product or service for a Networking Company to be legal. And, don't be confused about selling CD's, DVD's, Books, Programs, Websites, these are NOT products, I repeat these are NOT products, they are TOOLS! Pillar #5: A PROVEN DUPLICATABLE TRAINING/MARKETING LEAD GENERATING SYSTEM: Making a list of family, friends, and acquaintences is not a DUPLICATABLE SYSTEM, neither is the 3 Foot Rule, neither is joining a Business Social Site and BLASTING your new found friends with your products, services and business opportunity, and the biggest scam of Lead Generation is buying leads, this too is NOT DUPLICATABE.
