Yes, you will start getting the emails about extra help needed during certain times. If I had a say-so, it would be that you get your log in immediately after the webinar, while all your training is fresh on your mind. I have also found so many 'little' things that come up during call, that we were not trained on. I have never done this type of work before, and believe all should be trained as newbies. I think I could write a great training plan for them---as a matter of fact, I hope to become a trained one day! lol.

At 7:56am on January 30, 2009, Deborah Davis said…: I also wanted you to know that sometime you will be offered shifts to work at a guaranteed amount. ie 4.50 for a 30 min shift or 9.00 for an hour. It does not matter if you do not take enough calls to make that much. You will be paid that at LEAST, unless you talk more in minutes and then you get paid the higher amount. I am excited to hear how you like it. It was scarey for me at first, but now I am okay. Just be nice and helpful to the customers.

So I'm not sure when that will happen. I was told that I would have to resign from one skill and wait to see if I would be offered an invitation to work on another skill.
