I am going to be training for the citi line for Westat so I am hopeful of that. I am just ready to get the training over and start taking calls. I love that with this skill it is pay per hour or at least that is how I am reading it... is that right? Anyway it is still nice to have options. Sometimes the hours are not so great with liveops, I am working overnights tonight just to get some hours and call volume.

I am sorry it did not go that great for you today. About that error from gateway. When I first started working for WAH I got that same stupid error, just to let you know I ended up having to uninstall gateway, running assistant again, and then redownload and reinstall the gateway then it worked okay. For some reason when you hard boot your computer it does something to that program. I thought I would share that with you since you are off tomorrow maybe you can try that. Let me know how things go with that and especially on Sunday let me know how that goes. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to ask. Was you able to call a PAL and let them know what happened today? They will need to make a note on your account to waiver todays time.

Even though he was taking calls ADE did not have him logged in for 3 hours. I told him to call and get it straight with them he said he did hopefully he checked his schedule adherence today to make sure that it was corrected.
