LMAO.. Actually the past 2 days i have not slept. My sister was having contractions and kept waking me up. But she finally had the baby today. my final interview went great! My newbie slot is going to be Monday night though because he thought it would be best since she just had the baby.

I was having a hard time getting my hours in each week. I know 10 hrs a week doesn't sound like much, but I had 2 other jobs besides that one and it was just too much. I'm so glad to hear you're ok though very sorry you were sick! I should be online til at least 7 today bc after my shift with b2b I have to work with GE til 7. They're expecting it to be a really busy day so are paying an extra dollar per hour between 3 and 7 today so I'm excited about that. Anything extra helps for sure. Hopefully I'll see you on and we can catch up! Been missing you!!
Oh and i finally became active with GE. I already have my 10 hours with b2b and am about to go home and start my 1st shift on the GE skill at 1 today. I'm excited and a bit nervous lol!

I don't think you have to get a notice to be able to work more than 10 hours. My points were 1442 for the week last week (those 2 ES and the auto loan really helped me Mon bc I was at 1299 before that last day) and I'm just assuming I can go ahead and work more than 10 this week and plan on doing so if I'm not told otherwise. I've met all of the requirements to do so I don't see why it would be a prob. I'll be looking forward to talking to you fri. I always miss our chats when you're not on. Good luck with the last of your training with Sitel. I'm stillll waiting for GE to send my log on info to west so I can get started with that skill. Hopefully by this weekend so I can work then!! Girl I've missed you on IM today! It's been a horrible day though so you're not missing out on anything. I've worked over 2 hours with only 3 successes that were not great successes at all. I guess I shouldn't be too bummed over it. I had 2 es yesterday and an auto loan which had my points at 1646 making them average out at 1442 for the week which I'm stoked about. The bad part was that I really thought I had done a little over the 10 hours by my calculations but when i checked this morning for my stats I was only at 9.78 hours so I'll have to wait a week for a check and might get in trouble. I am committing myself to get in more hours this week from the very beginning and not just mess around half of the day when I'm supposed to be working. I could be doing all of this messing around at home after i get my kids since I still haven't received my GE log on info with west where I can work for them actively again. They had said it would be in within 3 days which would be today but I called today and they said 7 - 10 days so I'm still waiting. Next Tues would be the 11th day. I'm just hoping for it to be ready before the weekend. My girls dad got them for the 1st time in 5 months this past weekend and is supposed to be getting them again this weekend so I could work as many hours as I want. Well hopefully I'll see you tommorrow on IM. I always like talking to you.

I am at a stall. No SS card to fax in. I went to the SS office..it will be 2 weeks. I am sooo very bummed. I took next week off to dedicate to B2B. Now I have no work at all next week. I sent an email to Jessie a lil while ago to see if she can accept a photo ID with my SS # on it. It is an old college ID! I hope she can! Wish me luck!
I've IMd you a couple of times today knowing you should be online sometime soon. I'm sorry you got hurt! That sucks!! I also need almost 5 hours to have 10 for the week. Calls are pretty good today and my points are at 1299 before today so hopefully they will stay that high or better yet, improve!! I can't believe I worked Tues through Fri and only got 5 hours so far. I just have a hard time staying on for long periods for some reason. It just gets old fast when the calls aren't good I guess. Today it hasn't bothered me too bad and I'm restricting myself to one break every hour for only 5 min or I'll end up screwing off and not getting in my 10 for the week. I'm scared to take too long of a break today bc of the risk of getting kicked out of the system and for sure don't want to log out for risk of not getting back in!! You know how it was last Mon! The Mon before was even worse. We kept running out of numbers and the system would stay down. I only was able to work about half of the time that I was trying to bc we'd be up for 20 min down for 30 and so on. It sucked pretty bad!! Anyway, I'll be around most of the time so hopefully will catch you on IM soon. I'm bored. My other chat buddy Jill had to log out for a little while to do something so I have no one to chat with :(! Hey girl. Haven't talked to you in a few days. Last time we talked I was telling you about hoping for a new skill with west and sure enough on Fri I got an invite to work on the Ge factory service skill. I finished my training that evening and had a webinar on Sat so now am just waiting on GE to submit my username and password for their system to west. I think I'm really gonna like it. It's just setting up service calls for people with out of warranty products so I don't have to worry about things like 10 pages worth of upsells, etc. I'm excited to get started and used to the system because it's pretty complex compared to the page to page navigation I had with the DR skills and with B2B and will be nervous about it my first couple of days I'm sure but I think it will be great once I'm more confident with my use of the system. How are things with Sitel? Are you getting used to the system and taking calls yet. I know it can be a bit overwhelming. I have a feeling it's pretty similar to the GE system I'm about to be using and I only took 2 hours to complete training and then a 2 hour webinar and was thinking the whole time "wow! that's an incredible amount of information to retain in that amount of time"! I'll be on AIM tomorrow. Screwed off Fri. Was exhausted so only worked about an hour and came home and took a 3 hour nap so once again have to get the rest of my hours in on Mon to make 10 hours. The good news is that my points are still above quota and it's almost the end of the pay period so am happy about that. I did my training for Baby Gifts last Thurs but only worked an hour since then and it was really slow so haven't gotten one of those calls yet but am actively set up to be able to get them and hope they give me an additional point boost.

no, I missed the email from B2B and I lost out. I just got an email from jessee stating that my time ran out. Oh well. :) I just booked my first spa party with arbonne and I am excited for this party! I am also selling sea salt scrub and sugar scrub from our Arbonne line in a fundraiser Sat for our church youthg roup. I will give the profits to the youth group but I am hoping to gain some repeat clients form this as well. My upline has done well doing this.
Oh and where do you ride horses at? My kids have been begging me to take them sometime and I love it also but haven't been in years. Don't know where to go.
Happy Mother's Day to you too!! Thought about texting you yesterday to tell you that but was being entirely too lazy to do anything lol!! I wonder how B2B did on calls yest? You would think some mom's would be excited but others would be aggravated when people called them on a day they were supposed to be spending time with family. I work week days generally between 8am and 2:30 to 3. Probably the time you're working for Sitel. I'm having to work while my kids are in school since I'm having to do it from my mom's house. I got my 1st QC today and it was good so I was pleased with that. And of course call me anytime. I don't have anything special really but a little trick that seems to help a bit with most mom's though there are a few who nothing seems to work on lol!!
