Man those are some cute kiddo's. Mine are all grown. I miss them being little. Love my grandbabies tho. One is only 5 months old. He is the lite of my day!

I am looking for reps in Texas for our company. We only have about 15000 reps nationwide and are expanding into new areas all the time. What this means is there is great opportunity for networkers in just about all areas of the country. I would love it if you would check us out. We offer a social network site called ViNet which you can sign up for free. We also offer health and nutrition products and offer a great great compensation plan plus a brand new BMW as a bonus! Please check my site out. www.getyourbmw2.myvi.net

Enjoy every minute with those babies. They will be 20 before you know it.

Thanks

The ironies continue lol! Since Georgeann lives right between us we should have a b2b agent lunch or something and get to know each other better. Seems like we all have things in common. My AIM username is natalielingob2b so hit me up on AIM sometime. I like chatting between calls. Kills time lol!

OMG.. Okay so I passed the interview (which for someone reason i was very nervous to do but was fine once i started talking to jessie) Now I am looking over the orientation package and am more nervous than I was for the interview! I have some homework to do!!!! I read somewhere that we were also responsible for maintaining a certain amount of points, honestly has it been hard for you to keep up? I have absolutely no problem with talking to people and doing rebuttles, I mean what's the worst that can happen, they hang up on you! but just curious as to how many people actually let you get all the way through the offers? Thanks for your help!

That's funny! I didn't know anyone else had the same problem having their kids home with b2b but not with west like I do. I work for west with my kids home all of the time and never really have any problems except for the occasional issue like when they get in a fight and one just HAS to come tell me right away and doesn't care about me holding up my finger which is saying give me a min lol. i tried once with b2b and had to log out pretty quickly bc the kids couldn't tell when I had a call coming in since there's not a ring they can here and they can be quiet during a call but play in between with west and with b2b they're just expected to be quiet as long as I'm working since they never know when a call comes through. I'm planning on having a sitter at least a few days during the week this summer so I can work for b2b. I just hate having to pay for a sitter. No one else seems to understand why I can do one with them here and not the other lol! Glad someone does relate. Seems we have a lot in common... including our name lol!

Just out of curiosity, how long have you been working with B2B? I see that you also work with west and was just wondering how you manage to do both?

I finally got the message that they had received my GE log in info and I am active in the skill. Yea!! I went to schedule some time last night and saw that instead of .15 per min they pay 8 and hour for this skill which is an improvement bc calls had started being so slow I was having to have min wage adjustments with DR so it'll be nice to have some guarunteed pay! I also found theat if you're scheduling for a few days ahead of time there are a lot of hours to grab under the plus hours but it's still difficult to pick up trades. I managed to get over 20 hours scheduled between now and Thurs though and figure I'll be able to pick up some more closer to the time of the shifts. And Tues they are offering an extra dollar an hour to anyone who works at least 2 hours between 3 - 7 pm so I scheduled the whole time lol! Gotta get what you can! Anyway I'm really excited about it. Maybe you'll get an invite for it soon. They're still sending them out. Today will be my first shift though so wish me luck. The system is a bit complicated so I'm a little nervous!

I felt pretty lucky about it too because I had been wanting a new skill really badly. You know they say the invites are random but I have doubts about that. I sent an email to WAHnewhire@west.com and expressed my desire for a new skill right before my DR was terminated and then after that I expressed it to the PAL line and next thing I knew I had an invite. Some of the invites might be random but I think you can up your chances by making yourself stand out a little. I would've killed to be able to set a recurring schedule like they're offering too before I started with B2B but now it'd be hard for me because I have to work for B2B from my mom's house so only weekdays during the day and it would be hard for me to work enough hours with them and have a recurring schedule with west also but I'll be glad to be able to find hours more easily.

Well I guess some of that southern hospitality got me in trouble with west lol. I was working DR for 7 months and then I had the skill terminated for a call with extrenuous conversation. I had a coaching on it before a couple of months ago. I just have trouble when someone starts talking about hard personal experiences that I have been through or relate to and not let them know that I understand their situations, have been through it, and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Empathy as well as sympathy comes easily to me and it's hard to just move on to the script without any encouragement or comment. That's one reason I love the call format with B2B. We are allowed to add some personality and our own experiences in as well and not be so rigid. About a week after DR was terminated, I got an invite to do the GE skill, completed my training and am just waiting for GE to send the log in info for me to access their system to west. They said it takes 7-10 days from the time you complete your training and mine was complete on Sat so any day now. I'm really excited about it bc the project has recently expanded and there are a ton of hours available plus they offer recurring schedules that you can pick to work every week as long as a few requirements are met. It will be so nice to not have to fight over shifts!!! Plus all we do is set service appts for customers with Ge products that are out of warranty so there are no upsells! Yea! Don't have to aggravate customers by going through 10 pages of scripting offering other products when they called to just order one!! And no, I don't think the work at home thing is very common around here at all. I had a recertification interview for my children's medicaid and I asked the lady who interviewed me if she had any other people who she interviewed actually work from legitimate work at home companies that provided a regular paycheck and she said no that she didn't even know that type of job existed and it's too bad more people don't know because a lot of people who can't work because of transportation or child care might have jobs and rely less on government assistance.

Whoo hoo! I passed the tests and am just awaiting the interview. I am actually kind of nervous.. about how long was the interview and any pointers you want to give me? LOL

OMG! That's even more ironic! I was scrolling up the page after finishing my comment and saw that you work for West at Home too. That's just crazy! I was working the DR skill but just started on the GE skill and am excited about that. Your boys are adorable!

Girl that's a trip! Georgeann lives in Bridge City too. I would never have thought I'd meet so many people from this small area on a website like this. No one around here seems to have heard of legitimate work at home companies likle we work for so it's kind of surprising to see tha there are others in the same work circumstances; especially 3 within 30 min of each other who all work for B2B! They must like us Texas girls lol!

Awesome! I am really excited! What is the VOIP headset we have to purchase as well and how much was it? I may already have one.. but I could be thinking of something else. How long have you been with them?

Whoohoo! I already got my first email and have been put on the waiting list. I just have one question befor I completely continue with the process. I know it states that we have to pay a $25 background check fee.. is that a credit check? Because I have some serious stuff trying to be fixed due to Identity Theft and I really don'y want to waste the money if I already know I won't be accepted. Thanks again!!

Hi Natalie. I joined the B2B group, but didn't see anything about the pay. How hard is it since it's telemarketing? Do people usually request they be called?
