Thanks Angela, I am enjoying the time because she is growing so fast! Selling isn't my thing so I guess the DR thing wouldn't work for me. I am still trying to understand how their scheduling works.
I am doing the qualifying paper work with West at Home. What do you think about your experience so far? I am just getting started with LiveOps as well...it's going ok. Just trying to get the hang of things.
I've worked for ACD direct for about 14 months. I like it for a change from all the selling and upsells. It is a more relaxed environment. The trainers are great to work with and the company keeps you up to date on what is happening. I wish you the best on the interview, relax, it will be a piece of cake!

I used to have that problem all the time until I actually devoted time to make sure I looked. Sometimes its easy and sometimes its hard. Hang in there and keep looking you will find them. Have a great day

And yes it is quite possible you cant get hours because of evening access. They post throughout the day as needed but I was told the schedule post goes on between 4-5. Have you tried looking for trade hours?
Congrats thats awesome. I work for HSN. One of my friends was working for DR before she had to go out and get a fulltime job and gave this up. She enjoyed DR. I love working for the company they are great you get your money deposited every other week at noon on friday. Work when you want flexibility is great
Hi Angela, thanks for the comment. After waiting 2 weeks for my login info I can finally start working now. So have patience after completing training. Hopefully you won't have to wait that long. I trained for Cricket wireless, I'll be doing new customer activations and soon I'll be training in the billing dept and doing that as well.
I was scared to do DR right away, as it was one of my four choices. I thought I'd start with Cricket and hopefully later I'll have an opportunity to train in DR.
I can't wait to start working next week. Unfortunately this weekend I'm not able to get going, but can't wait to get some experience.
